LJXincai supplies SPC wall panels, SPC stone-crystal flooring and bamboo-wood fibre wall panels for schools, hospitals, hotels and office retrofit projects — installed dry, over existing substrates, with project-level technical support.
Everything is specified as a system — panel, edge detail, fixing method and accessory — so the finish performs as one assembly instead of five unrelated products.
Rigid stone-plastic composite panels with a decorative surface, for corridors, wards, classrooms and hotel guest rooms. Suitable for direct application over sound existing substrates.
Wood-grain textured panels and impact-resistant panels for high-traffic interiors — school corridors, hospital public areas, hotel public zones and office fit-out.
Most of our work is retrofit: the building is in use, the schedule is fixed by a school holiday or a hospital that cannot close a ward. The system is designed for that reality.
No wet trades, no plaster, no curing time. Panels are cut and fixed on site, so a floor can be handed back the same week it starts.
Scope can be split into night shifts, weekend windows or vacation periods — the installation sequence is planned around the operating schedule.
Works over existing renders, tiles and board without full demolition, which reduces waste removal and structural intervention.
Decorative films are controlled by batch, with physical samples issued before production so approved colours match on site.
Shop drawings, detail nodes, quantity take-off and installation guidance are provided with the material package.
Fire class, environmental declarations and test reports are issued per product so the specifier has paperwork to submit.
“We quote the limitation before the client asks for it. A verification statement with a qualified conclusion is still useful — but it is not a certificate, and we do not present it as one.”

|---|---|---|
| Schools & training centres | Corridors, classrooms, canteens | Work completed inside vacation windows; impact-resistant panels in circulation areas |
| Hospitals & clinics | Wards, corridors, waiting areas | Ward-by-ward phasing; cleanable surfaces; low dust during installation |
| Hotels & serviced apartments | Guest rooms, corridors, lobby | Room-by-room turnover without closing the floor |
| Offices & public buildings | Partitions, reception, meeting rooms | Dry partition build-up; fast reconfiguration |
Project references and sample boards are available on request. Product selection should be confirmed against physical samples before ordering.
Share the building type, approximate wall and floor area, and the completion window. We will reply with a system proposal, a material schedule and the document set you need for approval.
