We develop the formulation, define the system and carry the project documentation. Production runs through a contract manufacturing partner; installation is delivered by our construction partner. Both boundaries are stated openly, because project teams check them.
LJXincai is the brand of Chengdu Quansheng Technology Service Co., Ltd. (tax ID 91510124MA65MJF26T), a prefabricated low-carbon new-material R&D and system solution provider. Our work covers four areas: material formulation, product system development, green and low-carbon certification preparation, and overall prefabricated retrofit solutions for public and commercial buildings.
The company is registered in Chengdu, Sichuan, with its office and technical team based in the Qingbaijiang district of the same city. Our market is existing-building retrofit — schools, hospitals, hotels, care facilities and offices — where the building stays in use while work proceeds.

We are not the owner of the production plant, and we do not describe ourselves as a manufacturer or factory. Material supply, project technical support and documentation are provided directly by Quansheng.

Documents are provided to project teams on request. We do not describe verification statements as certificates, and we do not describe pending applications as granted rights.
